Aloha Barry

 

Walking through the gate into Kona International Airport -

 

 

- you're greeted with a huge Hawaiin Aloha sign, and then the relaxation starts!

Yesterday Ted, Barry, Shirley and Ken golfed the Waikolea Beach Course which is the one we look out onto from our lanais. 



There were a few balls lost in the lava (see lava on right)

Hole #7 is said to be one of the most beautiful golf greens on the Big Island.

 

 

 

 

Later in the evening friends Wayne and Lynn from Vancouver Island arrived, minus Wayne's golf clubs - guess he'll have to wait a day or so to play.
