No trip to Paris would be complete without a trip up the Eiffel Tower, we ascended just before the sun disappeared and stayed to watch the lights of the city come on. There's several viewing platforms that you can walk entirely around the tower, of course the best was at the top.
Our view of the Seine River from the top of the tower.
Last Day:

Norte Dame |
Our final day we went to Notre Dame cathedral to look around that part of the city, there we saw street performers like this band and a puppeteer. All along the river there's also private boats, as well as floating restaurants.
At 8pm we joined in at the Euro 2016 Fan Zone at the Eiffel to watch the soccer match between England and Russia. It was quite the adventure watching not only the match on the giant 240 meter screen, and also the fans dressed to the nines in their teams colours.
Entering the Fan Zone which holds 100,000 people.
The big screen!
It was late getting home but we enjoy a nightcap every evening on our little balcony, we'll miss that.
