This is life in the centre of a classic Parisienne upscale neighborhood which has all the essential shops, plus boutique stores with some expensive couture. It's very convenient to pick up groceries each day. Kitchens and fridges are small here so it wouldn't be practical to do one big weekly shopping trip.
